Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy:  When the money has cleared you will receive notification that your purchased item is ready for dispatch. Once it has left our store it will arrive typically within 3 days (if rural allow another day) throughout New Zealand. If an order is placed after 2pm on Fridays or during a weekend or a public holiday it will be dispatched on the following trading day.    Discount Code and Free Shipping Terms and Conditions:  Any discount code related to free shipping, or any standard option relating to free shipping does not necessarily include international or oversized orders. If you have questions around this, please don't hesitate to contact us directly :)

Returns Policy: We strive to ensure all our customers are happy with their purchases. If you are not 100% sure on the product once you have received it you can send it back at your cost and gain online credit so you can purchase a product that you are 100% satisfied with. Your online credit is then valid for 12 months from the date issued. (Note it will be less your freight cost)

Returns MUST be received within 14 days after receiving product.   Any purchase returned must be in perfect condition, odourless and tags still on.   We recommend you post via courier as if we do not receive the product, we cannot credit it.  Please email prior to couriering product (info@brittroad.co.nz) so our dispatch department are aware.  If no replacement is available, we offer store credit.   We do not provide refunds when an item isn’t what you wanted or the wrong size only store credit. No returns on sale items except for faulty products.

Warranty: The warranty period is from 3 months from the date of purchase. The warranty is void for any goods that have been worn, tampered with, or used incorrectly.   General wear and tear of products does not constitute a refund.

Note: Human error can happen if we send you the wrong product let us know ASAP and we will rectify this.
